EasyResizer supports 5 image resizing modes: Auto Width or Height, Fixed Width and Height, Maximum Width and Height, Scale Proportionally, and Fill Proportionally.
Auto Width or Height
Enter the width or height of the image, and the tool will automatically calculate and adjust the other side's size based on the original ratio, ensuring the image's proportions remain intact. This method is very useful when you only want to fix one side's size.
Fixed Width and Height
This is the stretch mode, where you can precisely set the width and height of the image to ensure it adjusts to the specified size. If the set image ratio does not match the original image, it may cause the image to stretch and distort.
Maximum Width and Height
Set the maximum width and height of the image, and automatically scale it to a suitable size while maintaining the original aspect ratio. Ensure that both the width and height of the image do not exceed the set values. You can set either one or both values.
Scale Proportionally
Adjust the image size according to the specified scaling percentage while maintaining the original aspect ratio, ensuring the image appearance does not distort. When the scaling percentage is less than 100, the image will shrink, while a scaling percentage greater than 100 will enlarge the image. For example, setting it to 200 means the image will be twice its current width and height.
Fill Proportionally
This mode combines the functionality of adjusting the image size and filling the background, ensuring that the image maintains its aspect ratio within the specified size range, while filling or completing the remaining space. It allows the image size to keep the same ratio and supports setting the scale size and background color for filling.
The above image adjustment methods are suitable for most use cases, and you can choose the most appropriate adjustment mode according to your actual needs.
